In Europe, we are rapidly expanding and building a strong local technical and commercial support team to serve our growing customer base.About this role:We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team and support our operations in the French market. This full-time position is ideal for a qualified electrician with experience in the solar energy sector, particularly hybrid energy systems. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding support to our installers, end-customers, and distribution partners.Key Responsibilities:-Provide technical support via phone, email, and on-site visits for solar and hybrid systems.-Act as the first point of contact for installers and end-customers in French, resolving technical issues efficiently and professionally.-Support distribution partners with system troubleshooting and technical matters.-Conduct technical training sessions in French for installers and distributors (both in-person and online).-Collaborate closely with our internal product, sales, and support teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement of our support processes.-Stay up to date with the latest product developments, standards, and regulations relevant to the French solar market.Requirements:-Certified electrician with relevant professional credentials in France.-Hands-on experience in the solar energy industry, especially with hybrid inverter systems and energy storage.-Strong communication skills in French (native) and professional proficiency in English.-Comfortable providing remote support and traveling to customer sites when needed.-Experience with technical documentation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.-Training and presentation skills.
