About this role: We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support our operations in the French market. This full-time role is ideal for a qualified electrician with experience in solar energy, especially hybrid energy systems. You will provide support to installers, end-customers, and distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and on-site visits for solar and hybrid systems.
• Serve as the first point of contact for installers and end-customers in French, resolving technical issues professionally.
• Support distribution partners with troubleshooting and technical matters.
• Conduct technical training sessions in French for installers and distributors (in-person and online).
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes.
• Stay updated on product developments, standards, and regulations relevant to the French solar market.

Requirements:

• Certified electrician with relevant credentials in France.
• Hands-on experience in the solar industry, especially hybrid inverters and energy storage.
• Strong communication skills in French (native) and proficient in English.
• Comfortable with remote support and travel to customer sites.
• Experience with technical documentation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Training and presentation skills.
