Description
The Technical Support / Install Engineer is responsible for:
Key responsibilities include analyzing complex situations, exercising judgment within established policies, providing Plans of Action (POAs), consulting with engineering teams, hosting technical meetings, and resolving issues onsite at customer locations. The engineer must document troubleshooting processes and technical findings thoroughly.
This role involves supporting worldwide dispatch, working independently to assist field teams and customers, submitting daily reports correlating symptoms with data, and participating in service meetings with global teams.
The engineer will also support regional engineering projects to facilitate company growth, develop troubleshooting procedures, and report design or reliability issues to relevant teams.
