We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Technical Support Engineer to join our fast-growing team. As a key member of our technical support division, you will spearhead processes and tools to deliver exceptional support experiences for CHCNAV partners, distributors, and clients—playing a pivotal role in strengthening trust, reliability, and long-term business growth.
About the Role
In this customer-facing role, your primary focus will be ensuring partners and enterprise clients are expertly trained to demonstrate, install, and utilize CHCNAV products and solutions seamlessly. You will also serve as a technical authority, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering on-site support at partner / customer locations for training, demos, or problem-solving. Travel Requirements
There are some travels required in this role - including travel to a business partner or customer locations, trade shows, visit strategic accounts, other regional trips to support CHCNAV France team.
