We are now looking for a Technical Solution Manager to join our System Design & Engineering team in Elancourt, Paris area. The role involves ensuring the adequacy and compliance of the proposed Professional Mobile Radio solutions with customer functional and operational requirements. You will provide technical solutions information in bids and projects.

This position requires security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Define the solution architecture and technical specifications based on customer requirements.
2. Dimension network elements and define their configuration.
3. Manage technical reviews, changes, and negotiations with the customer.
4. Coordinate technical activities, teams, and stakeholders.
5. Support System Integration and manage System Acceptance processes.
6. Assist the customer with network operation planning.

Candidate requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent spoken and written English skills.
• Collaborative, proactive work style with a customer service attitude.
• Experience with radio systems (4G/5G), Security, and IT/ICT knowledge.
• Transmission Network design knowledge is advantageous.
• Ability to understand the big picture and a continuous learner.

The role involves travel.
