Thermo Fisher Scientific, a global leader in scientific services with over $40 billion in revenue, is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist in Flow Cytometry & Antibodies to join our team. This role involves establishing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and customers, promoting and selling products within an assigned territory, and supporting scientific research and development.

Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve sales targets by developing effective territory business plans.
  2. Provide accurate sales forecasts.
  3. Build relationships with local sales teams and cross-functional departments.
  4. Develop deep technical knowledge of assigned products and competitors' offerings.
  5. Maintain relationships with existing customers and promote new products.
  6. Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
  7. Coordinate technical seminars, trade shows, and conferences.
  8. Monitor market dynamics and customer needs.
  9. Share leads and develop opportunities within the European Sales team.
  10. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s or PhD preferred) in Cell Biology, Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional sales experience.
  • Experience in flow cytometry is preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Willing to travel extensively (75% or more).
  • Valid driving license.
  • Preferred location: Northern France.
