We are looking for a motivated and detail-orientedRecruiter to support our recruitment activities during a high-growth period. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, collaborate with hiring managers, and help shape the candidate experience.

As a Recruiter on a 6-month contract, you will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for a variety of roles across Europe, New Zealand, Asia and Canada. You will report to the Talent Manager who is based in Canada and will work in an a-synchronize environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Assist in full-cycle recruitment for various roles (tech, marketing, operations, etc.)

- Conduct HR Interviews

- Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and employee referrals

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates

- Maintain candidate records and job postings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

- Draft and post job advertisements across relevant platforms

- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns

- Assist with offer preparation and onboarding coordination

- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates

Minimum qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field

- Excellent verbal and written communication in english

- Experience hiring technical engineering roles

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- A team player with a willingness to learn and adapt

- Passion for people, hiring, and candidate experience

Nice to Have

- Exposure to tech/startup recruitment

- Familiarity with ATS or recruitment tools such as Lever

- Proficiency in French or German

- Must be Located in Germany or France

- You will be hired through a third party entity called "Deel"
