AXA Group Security, part of AXA GO, defines security strategy, standards, and provides assurance on security maturity across all AXA entities. It also supports entities in maintaining their security posture and coordinating responses to crises.

The Cyber Defense Project Management team manages security projects and programs related to Cyber Defense products. The Security Operations Center (SOC), a key product, provides Security Monitoring and Detection, Incident Response, and Threat Intelligence capabilities globally.

POSITION MAIN ACTIVITIES

Activities include:

  • Accountable for operational delivery of security projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and within-scope delivery.
  • Leading project teams, including central teams, market project managers, and third parties.
  • Reviewing and negotiating project plans and schedules, maintaining full accountability.
  • Establishing metrics and KPIs to monitor performance.
  • Managing project progress, budgets, risks, issues, and stakeholder communication.
  • Managing change requests, procurement, and contracts.

Additionally, as a Subject Matter Expert, you will focus on SOC-related projects, including:

  • Overseeing and enhancing SOC capabilities.
  • Managing deployment of new security tools and technologies.
  • Supporting security transformation and adoption of security solutions like SOAR, EDR, XDR, cloud security.
Automation Focus:
  • Implementing automated threat detection and response using AI and machine learning.
  • Developing automated incident response workflows.
  • Deploying security orchestration and automation tools.
  • Enhancing security monitoring with automation.
  • Integrating automated threat intelligence feeds.
Your Profile
Skills & Competencies
  • Experience in project and program management, especially security projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage change and organizational processes.
  • Expertise in customer needs analysis and technical requirements.
  • Experience in third-party and quality management.
Qualifications

Education: Engineering Degree, BS/MS in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.

Certifications: Project management certifications (PMI, PMI-ACP, Prince 2), Agile (SCRUM), Process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) are advantages.

Work Experience:
  • 5+ years in project management and managing complex international IT projects.
  • Experience managing budgets between 2-5M €.
  • Experience in delivering fixed-price projects (preferred).
  • Over 1 year in Information Security, 5+ years in Security, Network, or Infrastructure deployment, and managing multi-dimensional projects and third parties.
Languages
  • Fluent in English (including technical security English).
  • French is a plus.
