Are you an experienced Technical Project Manager with a passion for leading complex engineering projects in a fast-paced production environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity with a leading player in the food & beverage manufacturing sector.

We are currently supporting a well-established multinational organisation in their search for a Technical Project Manager to join their Engineering function in France. This role is central to the strategic development and continuous optimisation of production infrastructure across multiple sites.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the design and execution of end-to-end engineering projects, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and quality constraints.
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary project teams, including internal departments and external partners, to drive successful implementation of industrial initiatives.
  • Acting as the key point of contact between Operations, Engineering, and European leadership, providing technical and organisational reporting.
  • Managing all aspects of project governance—from CAPEX/OPEX planning and investment requests to post-project evaluation.
  • Maintaining strict adherence to QHSE standards while continuously seeking process improvements.
  • Supporting strategic initiatives that align with both national and European engineering roadmaps.
  • Anticipating future technical and organisational changes, adapting strategies to maintain peak operational performance.
  • Training and guiding teams through change management related to technical project rollouts.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in leading industrial projects within the food & beverage or related FMCG sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of bottling/packaging lines and/or utility processes, with a solid understanding of adjacent functions (Quality, R&D, Industrialisation, Finance, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets and defend investment strategies at a senior level.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of QHSE requirements and project coordination methodologies.
  • Fluent in French (spoken and technical), with the ability to manage documentation and communicate effectively.
