A leading logistics property provider in Paris is seeking a Technical Development Manager to lead data centre projects from feasibility through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in civil or construction engineering and 1 to 3 years of experience in technical project development. Fluency in French and English, alongside strong analytical skills and technical rigor, is essential. Qualifications

1 to 3 years’ experience in technical development of real estate projects.
Knowledge of administrative procedures related to industrial project development.
Self-starter with a proactive approach and a strong ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

Manage the due diligence process and analyze technical and urban planning constraints.
Select and manage external design teams while defining design principles.
Prepare and follow up on environmental and urban planning permits.
Prepare tenders, select construction contractors, and monitor projects.
Monitor schedules, budgets, and risks throughout projects.
