We’re seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the execution of cross-functional technical initiatives. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating engineering and business teams, and ensuring all deliverables are aligned with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end technical project execution, from planning through delivery.
  • Manage timelines, milestones, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders.
  • Translate business objectives into clear technical project plans and requirements.
  • Monitor project risks and proactively resolve issues to maintain momentum.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with business goals.
  • Communicate project status, dependencies, and roadblocks to stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical or software development environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Notion).
    Technical fluency – able to engage with engineering teams on architecture, tradeoffs, and feasibility.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced product environment.
  • Background in software engineering or technical systems.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP.
