Jobtailor in Lille seeks a senior Project Engineer to act as the technical right hand to PMs on deployment projects. You will bridge Design Engineering and Field teams, ensuring solutions meet customer requirements and are delivered on time.

As the technical owner from design to delivery, you will guide cross-functional teams, advise on logistics optimization, and maintain the primary technical contact role with customers, while traveling up to 50% across France and Europe.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree ( Bac+5 ) in robotics, mechatronics or supply chain.
• Ideally 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to switch between high-level project perspective and in-depth technical analysis.
• Fluent English.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel throughout France and Europe, up to 50% of the time.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Enjoy working as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the technical right hand to Project Managers for deployment projects.
• Act as the interface between Design Engineering and Field teams.
• Verify that the proposed solution aligns with the customer’s requirements.
• Act as the technical owner throughout the entire project, from design through final delivery.
• Serve as the customer’s primary technical contact.
• Advise customers on optimizing the solution to best suit their logistics flows.
• Coordinate all teams during both the design and installation phases.
