You will partner with scientists and engineers to bring structure to complex initiatives, streamline delivery, and ensure momentum across teams, with a focus on release operations, roadmapping, and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in technical program management, operations, or research coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to structure ambiguous projects.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and manage complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize technical detail into clear updates.

Responsabilités

• Design and own systems for tracking ongoing pretraining and posttraining releases.
• Develop strategic roadmaps with science leads and communicate priorities across teams.
• Unblock blockers, coordinate cross-functionally, and manage GPU allocation/quotas.
• Lead structured communication cadences: bi-weekly updates, all-hands, and digests.
• Run retrospectives to distill insights into repeatable processes and improve operations.
