Centric Software is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Presales team in France.

The successful candidate should have extensive knowledge of fashion, retail, or FMCG business processes.

About the Team

The Centric Presales Team is responsible for engagement with potential customers based in France. The team is all home-based and reports to the Head of Presales for that region.

Occasional overnight travel may be required.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Work directly with prospective customers to identify their business problems and pain points.
2. Configure the software and create data that best reflect the prospects' requirements.
3. Contribute to writing RFPs and SOWs.
4. Demonstrate the business benefits embedded in the software with enthusiasm.
5. Foster relationships to build trust with both prospects and customers.
6. Maintain ongoing communication with existing customers to keep them informed of new features and future growth opportunities.

What You Bring

• Highly self-motivated with the ability to collaborate with a team.
• In-depth knowledge of fashion, retail, or FMCG industry processes.
• Comfortable presenting to all customer roles, from administrative to C-suite.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Resourcefulness, adaptability, and creative thinking.
• Familiarity with PLM/PDM, Adobe Illustrator / CAD tools / Browzwear / CLO, ERP, and writing expressions / site.xml (added bonus).
