Description du poste

Are you a seasoned professional in event technology or management with a passion for delivering exceptional AV projects? We're looking for a Technical Event Manager to join our team at the Paris site. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of events and conferences, and it offers a dynamic and supportive environment for career growth.

Your Responsibilities :

• Comprehensive, autonomous planning and implementation of AV projects
• Creation and presentation of project-related overall concepts to clients
• Direct contact with hotel partners and end customers
• Compilation, management, and monitoring of project teams, including coordination with external service providers
• Ensuring quality standards are met throughout the trades
• Project-related budget responsibility, including billing and cost control
• Close cooperation with regional management and sales managers
• Upholding high-quality standards

Your Profile :

• Training in event technology, event management, electrical engineering, or related fields
• Extensive experience in project management
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent service mentality and communication skills
• Responsible and independent working style
• Experience in team leadership
• Flexibility in working hours
• Proficiency in MS Office and common drawing programs (CAD, Vectorworks)
• Fluent in French with good English skills
• Professional appearance
• Valid driving license
