• Vous avez dirigé des équipes multi-sites dans un contexte B2B ou de services techniques.
• Fluent en anglais et en français (écrit et parlé).

Hudson RPO , on behalf of a global group providing sustainable hygiene and chemical solutions for industrial and institutional sectors, is recruiting a Technical Director based in France (remote role, location flexible).

As Technical Director, you’ll lead and develop national field service teams, with a focus on performance, structure, safety, continuous training, and operational excellence.

• You’ve led multi-site teams in a B2B or technical services context and know how to create alignment and drive performance.
• You understand how to structure operations, forecast resource needs, and support business growth.
• Safety and compliance aren’t optional—you embed them in day-to-day practices.
• Customer-Centric Leaders / Esprit client & leadership collaboratif
• You partner with internal teams and clients to deliver high-value outcomes.

Your Impact / Vos Missions

• Lead and support field technical teams across France
• Centralize resource planning to improve service coverage and efficiency
• Drive upskilling through training (internal and subcontracted staff)
• Ensure HSE compliance and embed safety culture
• Oversee subcontractor network: governance, budget, performance
• Validate major technical projects prior to launch
• Collaborate with regional leaders on key business initiatives
• Promote a coaching culture focused on results and customer experience
• Solid experience managing field service operations and multi-site technical teams
• Strong command of planning, budgeting, and service optimization
• Confidence in managing subcontractors and driving project execution
• Deep knowledge of HSE policies and operational risk management
• Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken)
• Collaborative leadership style with strong communication skills
