We are actively looking for a Customer Onboarding & Engagement Manager to join our Customer Experience team.

As we grow, we seek an Onboarding & Engagement Manager to support our clients from technical implementation to long-term adoption.

Your missions

You will support our Signature clients through onboarding, ongoing engagement, and product adoption, acting as a bridge between clients, Product, and Engineering teams for a seamless experience.

Client Onboarding

  • Manage onboarding workflows: account setup, kick-off, milestone tracking
  • Support technical implementation and go-live processes
  • Facilitate adoption via Q&A sessions and documentation
  • Track progress and success metrics for timely launches

Client Engagement and Feature Adoption

  • Provide support and maintain product documentation
  • Collaborate with the Product team for feedback and improvements
  • Create resources for new features
  • Monitor usage, promote features and SDK updates
  • Identify obstacles and suggest improvements
  • Conduct bi-annual check-ins with key clients
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships for long-term success

Your profile

  • 3+ years in Customer Support or Product roles in tech/SaaS; mobile app experience is a plus
  • Understanding of APIs, SDKs, app integration
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Analytical mindset for data interpretation and corrective actions
  • Organizational and results-oriented skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
