Job Description:

We are actively seeking a Customer Onboarding & Engagement Manager to join our Customer Experience team at Purchasely, a rapidly growing European tech company specializing in no-code In-App Experience technology.

Who we are

Purchasely empowers top apps globally to maximize user engagement, retention, and conversion across various categories.

As we expand, we need an Onboarding & Engagement Manager to ensure our clients succeed through technical implementation and ongoing adoption of our platform.

Your responsibilities

You will be key in guiding our clients through onboarding, engagement, and product adoption, acting as a liaison between clients, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure a seamless experience.

  • Manage onboarding workflows: account setup, kick-off, milestones
  • Support during technical implementation and go-live
  • Facilitate adoption with Q&A sessions and written guides
  • Track onboarding success metrics

In client engagement and feature adoption, you will:

  • Provide support and maintain product documentation
  • Collaborate with Product team for feedback and improvements
  • Create resources for new features
  • Monitor usage, promote updates, and identify obstacles
  • Conduct regular check-ins with strategic clients
  • Build relationships with stakeholders for long-term success

Your profile

  • 3+ years in Customer Support or Product roles within tech or SaaS industries; mobile app experience is a plus but not required
  • Understanding of APIs, SDKs, and mobile app integration
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Analytical mindset and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
