Description du poste

Using your technical expertise and knowledge, you will work with the sales team to educate customers and distributors, where appropriate, through technical support and technical presentations. You are responsible for the technical side of product ranges to improve product positioning.

Your missions will be:

• Develop a sound technical knowledge of biostimulants and foliar fertilizers.
• Build a good vision of the portfolio positioning and contribute to the development of a cultivation program adapted to the Olmix offer.
• Proactive participation and contribution to protocol management.
• Support sales staff with technical questions on biostimulants and foliar fertilizers, as well as on the portfolio and key differentiators from competitors.
• Build strong, professional relationships based on recognized expertise and trust with stakeholders.
• Awareness of agronomic changes and market opportunities.
• Play an active role in product positioning, in agreement with the Technical Manager and Country Manager.

Product Presentation:

• Technical support for sales & marketing team.
• Structure and generate Group-wide presentations of trials, to be used promotionally by technical and commercial teams in Germany and internationally.
• Participation in relevant conferences and exhibitions for promoting the results and Olmix’s technology.
• Plan, execute, and analyze biostimulant trial planning in alignment with Technical & Development Manager.
• Ensuring the right protocols for supporting the sales team in the implementation of trials with the range of Olmix products on different crops.
• Support understanding of the products & develop key products that contribute to the growth of Olmix.
• Support team in selection of crop programs, product selection, and evaluation of competitor products.

Profile required:

You have experience in the nutrition sector, and alternatively in the fertilizer industry. With a degree in agricultural sciences, agronomy, or plant physiology, you have a sound knowledge of biological products, crop nutrition, soils, and seeds.

Good ability to make live and virtual presentations. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and statistical analysis tools. Team spirit and good organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines and make proposals. Fluent in German and English. Knowledge of French is an asset.
