Job summary

Effvision is seeking a Technical Consultant with strong IAM/IGA expertise to design, implement, integrate, and optimize identity solutions across ServiceNow, Veza, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, and Ping Identity. This is a remote position supporting global teams and enterprise applications.

You will configure lifecycle workflows, SSO/MFA, provisioning, and de-provisioning, and work with security, infrastructure, and application owners to deliver secure, automated identity processes.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, implementing and integrating IAM/IGA solutions.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management platforms.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement IAM/IGA solutions using SailPoint, Saviynt, Veza, Okta, and Ping Identity.
• Support ServiceNow integration with IAM/IGA tools for access requests, approvals, incident management, and workflow automation.
• Configure user lifecycle processes including joiner, mover, leaver, RBAC, and access certifications.
• Implement and support SSO, MFA, federation, provisioning, and de-provisioning workflows.
• Integrate IAM/IGA platforms with enterprise applications, directories, HR systems, cloud platforms, and ticketing systems.
• Develop and maintain workflows, connectors, rules, policies, and access governance processes.
• Support access reviews, compliance reporting, segregation of duties, and audit requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues related to identity provisioning, authentication, integrations, and workflow failures.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, security teams, infrastructure teams, and application owners to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, configuration guides, and handover documents.
• Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and production deployment.
• Provide post-implementation support and recommend improvements to enhance security and automation.
