Integrity360 is seeking a Senior Consultant - Identity Access Management to design, implement, integrate and optimise enterprise IAM solutions for clients. You will own delivery lifecycle, work directly with client stakeholders, and drive successful outcomes.

The role requires approximately 5 years of hands-on IAM experience, with expertise in SailPoint, Saviynt or Okta, and strong identity security fundamentals. You will troubleshoot, document and mentor while coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of IAM implementation/support/consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud/IdentityIQ, Saviynt EIC/IGA, or Okta.
• Understanding of identity lifecycle management, provisioning/deprovisioning, JML, and RBAC.
• Experience integrating IAM platforms with AD/LDAP, cloud directories, HR systems, and REST/SOAP APIs.

Responsabilités

• Lead and contribute to design, configuration, integration, deployment and ongoing IAM support.
• Deliver hands-on implementations using at least one platform (SailPoint Saviynt or Okta) per client designs.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, configurations and runbooks.
• Manage Joiner, Mover and Leaver processes, provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Configure roles, entitlements, access policies, and certifications where supported.
• Build integrations with directories, HR systems, applications, databases and APIs.
• Troubleshoot provisioning, authentication, and workflow issues; support upgrades and health checks.
• Plan and support testing, defect resolution, and documentation.
• Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge.
