This is a permanent opportunity with a salary range of €90,000 - €100,000 plus bonus and benefits.

You will play a key role in shaping and pitching modern workplace solutions that help clients transform how their people work — securely, efficiently, and with the help of cutting-edge tools like AI and automation. Responsibilities include:

• Working closely with Sales, Client Partners, and Technical teams to design tailored workplace solutions for enterprise clients.
• Translating complex tech into compelling business value for stakeholders at all levels.
• Creating and delivering proposals, demos, and presentations.
• Guiding clients on digital transformation, focusing on hybrid working, workplace modernization, and support services.
• Influencing deal strategies and supporting go/no-go decisions.
• Staying ahead of tech trends and championing innovation.

Required skills and experience include:

• 7+ years of presales or technical consulting experience in Workplace or IT Services.
• Experience with Modern Workplace tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, Device Management, Service Desk).
• Knowledge of Security, IAM, and compliance (e.g., Active Directory, MFA, encryption, GDPR).
• Experience with AI/GenAI in the workplace (e.g., automation, chatbots, smart support tools).
• Fluency in French.
