We are looking for a Presales Technical Consultant – Workplace Services to join our team in France (remote with occasional travel). This is a permanent position offering a salary range of €90,000 - €100,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing tailored workplace solutions for enterprise clients in collaboration with Sales, Client Partners, and Technical teams.
• Translating complex technical concepts into compelling business value for stakeholders.
• Creating and delivering proposals, demos, and presentations.
• Guiding clients through digital transformation, focusing on hybrid work, workplace modernization, and support services.
• Influencing deal strategies and supporting decision-making processes.
• Staying updated on tech trends and championing innovation.

Ideal candidates will have:

• 7+ years of presales or technical consulting experience in Workplace or IT Services.
• Experience with Modern Workplace tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, Device Management, Service Desk).
• Knowledge of Security, IAM, and compliance (e.g., Active Directory, MFA, GDPR).
• Experience with AI/GenAI in the workplace (e.g., automation, chatbots).
• Fluency in French.

Preferred qualifications include familiarity with ITIL and IT4IT frameworks, excellent communication skills, confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders, and a passion for designing impactful solutions.
