Requirements include approximately 7+ years of presales or technical consulting experience in Workplace or IT Services, familiarity with modern workplace tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams), security and compliance knowledge, experience with AI/GenAI in the workplace, and fluency in French. Advantageous skills include familiarity with frameworks like ITIL and IT4IT, excellent communication skills, and confidence in stakeholder presentations.
