Körber Pharma Packaging AG is seeking a Technical Communicator to develop and maintain technical documentation for Körber Supply Chain Logistics solutions. You plan and drive documentation projects, shaping intelligent documentation strategies and metadata implementation.

Collaborate with hardware/software engineers, use CCMS (Quanos ST4), Office tools, and publishing tools; English writing is essential, German a plus. Hybrid work in a multinational setting with modern IT equipment awaits.

Qualificações

• University or technical college degree in technical communication or language sciences or 2–5 years in technical communication
• Affinity for plant and mechanical engineering and interest in intelligent documentation
• Ability to write technical and functional information in English for the target audience and EU regulations
• Collaborated with hardware/software engineers and SMEs
• Experience with Office Suite, CCMS (Quanos ST4), illustration/publishing tools; SAP/Confluence/Jira is a plus
• Proficient in translation/localization and terminology management; good English; German a plus
• Strong communication skills and teamwork
• Understanding of automation and AI in technical communication.

• You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of technical documentation for Körber Supply Chain Logistics solutions for use by internal and external customers


• You will be responsible for the planning and independent implementation of documentation projects


• You will contribute to the further development of concepts for our future-ready documentation strategy, including streamlining of authoring workflows, information architecture, terminology management and metadata implementation


• You will participate in the design and development of interactive, machine-readable content for the implementation of an information product digital twin


• You will contribute to ensuring continuously improved documentation quality, including processes, style guides and tools optimization, while identifying efficiency improvements

Your profile

• You have a university or technical college degree in the field of technical communication or language sciences or are career changers with 2-5 years of experience in technical communication


• You have an affinity for plant and mechanical engineering and are interested in the further development of technical documentation into \"intelligent documentation\"


• You have the ability to write technical and functional information in English in a way that is appropriate for the target group and complies with the EU machine regulation


• You have collaborated directly with hardware and/or software engineers and other SMEs
