Bandai Namco in Lyon is seeking a multifaceted engineer to support the Content Creation & Publishing department. You will assist Marketing, Product Support, BI, and other teams, with QA, IT, release management, and tooling for playtesting projects.

Your role will adapt to your profile and interests, focusing on improving processes, validation, and event setups for both in-person and digital formats.

Formación

• Experience supporting multiple departments and internal customers.
• Familiarity with QA processes and IT environments is preferred.
• Ability to work with Jira/Confluence for documentation and tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain ticketing workflow to support various departments.
• Update Engineering process documents related to Jira and Confluence.
• Perform PC/hardware compatibility tests for games.
• Develop tools for playtesting solutions such as Shadow and Solutions perforce.
• Participate in KPI implementation with development teams.
• Ensure technical setup of events, both physical and digital.

About the Role

Within the Content Creation & Publishing department, you will be part of the Engineering team and will fall under the responsibility of the 2 Project Managers. You will hold a multifaceted position and will support all the departments (marketing, product support, business intelligence, etc.) and the subsidiaries. You will work on various subjects such as quality assurance, IT, release management...

The tasks will depend on your profile, specialisation, and your expectations. Therefore, you can be responsible for the following missions (non-exhaustive list):

• Keep up with the demands of the different departments, by using a ticketing system and the internal communication tools (e-mails, TEAMS)
• Carry on updating the process-related documents which are specific to the Engineering team (especially regarding the use of Jira and Confluence)
• Carry out the PC/hardware compatibility tests of our games
• Develop tools for playtesting solutions, such as Shadow and Solutions perforce
• Take part in the implementation of KPIs, with the development teams
• Ensure the technical setting up of events (physical and digital)
