Job summary

The hive in Lyon is seeking a versatile engineer to support the Engineering team and multiple departments including marketing and product support. You will work on QA, IT tasks, and release activities, adapting to your profile and interests. The role involves creating tools for playtesting and helping implement KPIs with developers.

You will also help set up events, manage hardware tests, and maintain process documentation to streamline workflows across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience using ticketing systems to coordinate across departments.
• Ability to update and maintain process documentation for Engineering teams.
• Understanding of software QA and release processes.

Responsibilities

• Keep up with the demands of the different departments, by using a ticketing system and the internal communication tools (e-mails, TEAMS)
• Carry on updating the process‑related documents which are specific to the Engineering team (especially regarding the use of Jira and Confluence)
• Carry out the PC/hardware compatibility tests of our games
• Develop tools for playtesting solutions, such as Shadow and Solutions perforce
• Take part in the implementation of KPIs with the development teams
• Ensure the technical setting up of events (physical and digital)

Within the Content Creation & Publishing department, you will be part of the Engineering team and will fall under the responsibility of the 2 Project Managers. You will hold a multifaceted position and will support all the departments (marketing, product support, business intelligence, etc.) and the subsidiaries. You will work on various subjects such as quality assurance, IT, release management…

The tasks will depend on your profile, specialisation, and your expectations. Therefore, you can be responsible for the following missions (non-exhaustive list):
