You will be an integral part of a newly established internal studio, a dynamic and focused team dedicated to elevating some of the most promising game concepts emerging from our innovative prototyping teams. This studio is specifically chartered to take high-potential prototypes and evolve them into successful, market-ready titles.
In this exciting role, your focus will be on Cup Heroes, a game that has already demonstrated significant promise and captured our attention with its compelling core mechanics and engaging gameplay. This is a unique chance to join a project with established momentum while still having a significant impact on its future direction within a dedicated and agile studio environment
Integrate 2D, UI, and animation assets into Unity with a focus on optimization, consistency, and performance for mobile platforms.
Collaborate closely with artists, designers, and developers to ensure visual quality and technical feasibility while proactively solving workflow and integration challenges.

Mastery of Unity for 2D mobile game development
Past experience as a technical artist or similar position on shipped mobile games
Strong understanding of 2D mobile game optimization (texture atlasing, draw call batching, sprite compression, memory management)
Deep knowledge of Unity’s UI system (hierarchy structure, anchors, Canvas optimization, resolution independence)
Integration and management of assets from 2D artists, UI designers, and animators (import settings, naming conventions, asset set up, scene and prefab management)
Pipeline design and documentation (process documentation, implementation guides, and naming/versioning systems)
Basic knowledge of shaders and materials in Unity
Bonus: experience with Spine animation
