• Intégrer les solutions ServiceNow avec des systèmes externes.

Technical Architect (ServiceNow CSM) - Paris (Hybrid)

Role: Technical Architect

Contract: 6-month contract (with possible extensions)

Type: Freelance or Portage (French-speaking required)

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Architect with expertise in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) to join a leading project in Paris. This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of CSM Data Model, and hands-on experience in Flow Designer, UI Builder, and Virtual Agent.

As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for architecting solutions using ServiceNow CSM, performing fit-gap analysis, and working on custom application designs and integrations. Architect and design solutions using ServiceNow CSM.

Work with Advanced Work Assignment and integrate ServiceNow solutions.

Exposure to ServiceNow Integrations (custom, Integration Hub) and other modules such as Sourcing & Procurement, HRSD, CMDB, Asset Management, and more.

Experience in ServiceNow, specifically with Customer Service Management (CSM).

Solid understanding of CSM Data Model and business models (B2B, B2C).

Experience in Advanced Work Assignment and integrating with ServiceNow systems.

French-speaking candidates are required for this role.
