This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of CSM Data Model, and hands-on experience in Flow Designer, UI Builder, and Virtual Agent.As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for architecting solutions using ServiceNow CSM, performing fit-gap analysis, and working on custom application designs and integrations.
