We’re Hiring! Technical Architect (ServiceNow CSM) - Paris (Hybrid)

Role : Technical Architect

Contract : 6-month contract (with possible extensions)

Work Setup : Hybrid – 2 days per week in Paris

Type : Freelance or Portage (French-speaking required)

About the Role :

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Architect with expertise in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) to join a leading project in Paris. This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of CSM Data Model, and hands-on experience in Flow Designer, UI Builder, and Virtual Agent.

As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for architecting solutions using ServiceNow CSM, performing fit-gap analysis, and working on custom application designs and integrations. You will also leverage best practices to design scalable and effective solutions tailored to the needs of the customer.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and design solutions using ServiceNow CSM.
• Perform fit-gap analysis on customer requirements vs OOTB CSM capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with CSM workspace, Service Portal, and Virtual Agent.
• Expertise in Flow Designer, UI Builder, Service Catalog / Record Producer.
• Design and customize custom applications based on CSM modules.
• Work with Advanced Work Assignment and integrate ServiceNow solutions.
• Exposure to ServiceNow Integrations (custom, Integration Hub) and other modules such as Sourcing & Procurement, HRSD, CMDB, Asset Management, and more.

Required Experience & Skills :

• Experience in ServiceNow, specifically with Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Solid understanding of CSM Data Model and business models (B2B, B2C).
• Hands-on expertise in Flow Designer, UI Builder, Service Portal, Virtual Agent.
• Proven experience in designing custom applications, including workflow / UI customizations.
• Experience in Advanced Work Assignment and integrating with ServiceNow systems.
• French-speaking candidates are required for this role.
