Customer Success Team

Our technical account management team is dedicated to delivering world-class assistance, acting as the bridge between our customers and CAST AI, ensuring customer success with our platform.

Role Overview
  • Technical Leadership: Serve as the trusted advisor for assigned customers, working with cross-functional teams to address issues, drive adoption, and foster long-term relationships. Based in France or Germany, supporting strategic clients.
  • Technical Customer Onboarding: Lead onboarding to connect customer clusters to CAST AI within 90 days, working closely with DevOps engineers and SREs. Strong technical background and project management skills required.
  • Renewals: Collaborate with Client Partners to ensure successful renewals through continuous value delivery.
  • Business Reviews: Lead monthly and quarterly reviews to showcase value, cost savings, and upcoming innovations.
  • Technical Development: Maintain and improve technical skills; CKAD/CKA certifications preferred. Support for certification attainment provided if needed.
Requirements
  • Fluent in French or German (both is a significant advantage)
  • Located in France or Germany
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years hands-on Kubernetes experience
  • CKAD and/or CKA certifications preferred
  • At least 2 years in cloud computing with AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Strong problem-solving and technical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts clearly
