Description du poste

Location : France (Fully Remote) must be located in France

Salary : Up to €110,000 OTE (80 / 20 split)

Field : Network Security / Post-Sales / Customer Success

We’re hiring a Technical Account Manager for one of our clients in the network security field.

If you’re a French-speaking network security professional who loves helping clients maximize their technology, this role is for you.

You will work closely with enterprise customers after the sale, ensuring they utilize the product to its full potential. The role involves technical guidance, relationship building, and adoption strategy, with opportunities for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product adoption, usage, and customer value
  • Support customers during deployment and resolve post-sales technical issues
  • Serve as the technical expert—covering firewalls, networking, automation scripts, and more
  • Collaborate with product, R&D, and sales teams to ensure successful adoption
  • Occasional travel for on-site client QBRs

Requirements

  • Experience with firewall technologies (Checkpoint, Fortinet, etc.)
  • Customer-facing experience—preferably in a technical advisory, Customer Success Manager (CSM), or Technical Account Manager (TAM) role
