A leading software company is seeking a Technical Account Manager to support strategic customers in deployment excellence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical customer-facing roles and be proficient in both German and English. This role is for a Technical Account Manager who will support our most strategic customers in achieving deployment excellence.
In this role, you’ll merge deep technical knowledge of modern deployment methods (such as GitOps and Kubernetes) with strong relationship-building abilities, acting as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients and helping them maximize value from Octopus while fostering long-term partnerships.
To help our teams work effectively, this remote position requires you to be located in Europe. We are currently able to hire within the Netherlands, Poland, Germany, France, Denmark, Switzerland, and Greece.
