In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting in the Tech department, organizing meetings, defining sourcing strategies, and ensuring commitments to stakeholders and candidates. Candidates should have a strong background in Talent Acquisition, be fluent in French and English, and possess at least 4 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition for Tech in an international environment.
• Experience with CBI methodology for interviewing candidates.

Responsabilités

Job Description

As a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist, your missions will be organizing as follow :

Responsible for the recruitment of a given population within the Tech department:

• Organizing briefing meetings for every position with Hiring Managers
• Defining the appropriate sourcing strategy for each role with the internal stakeholders(headhunting, social network, Recruitment agencies, RPO...)
• Interviewing candidates following the CBI methodology and selecting the best candidate for the role
• Reporting on the recruitment activity on your perimeter.
• Ensuring that the commitments made to internal stakeholders and candidates are honored

Participating in the deployment of Talent Acquisition/World HR projects within your scope :

• Onboarding
• Campus Management
• Referrals
• InternalMobility
• Delivering TA Learnings

Other perimeters / countries :

Please note that you can also work on roles that are outside the Tech population and roles that are located in other countries.

Qualifications

You are an HR or Business School graduate and you have at least 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition for Tech (Agency or corporate) in an international environment.

You speak fluent French and English.

Proficiency in an additional language (Spanish, German, Italian etc..) would also be appreciated.
