Socomec Sas is seeking a temporary replacement to join the Technical Support team at our Fontenay-sous-Bois branch. You will coordinate installation and maintenance activities carried out by our technicians for business customers, scheduling assignments and ensuring they are prepared under the best possible conditions.

You will optimise technicians’ schedules across the Grand Est region, contact customers to confirm dates, and organize maintenance and parts orders.

Qualifications

• Qualification from upper-secondary school level to three years of higher education in sales support, management, administration or an equivalent field.
• Initial experience, including an apprenticeship, in sales support, administration or sales administration.
• Proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel and Outlook, as well as an ERP system.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate installation and maintenance activities carried out by our technicians for business customers.
• Manage and optimise technicians’ schedules across the assigned geographical areas, mainly in the Grand Est region.
• Contact customers to propose appointments, confirm visit dates and fill available time slots in the schedules.
• Schedule preventive maintenance operations and organise installation and maintenance assignments.
• Order the necessary parts and batteries internally to ensure assignments run smoothly.
• Organise services carried out by subcontractors and coordinate the various stakeholders involved.
• Prepare and send customers confirmations and the necessary documents by telephone or email.
