Alta Ares is seeking a hybrid Strategy & Tech professional to bridge strategy and engineering. You will rigorously evaluate R&D and innovation choices, audit internal capabilities, and challenge product/tech trade-offs with a business lens.

You will ensure that technology decisions are aligned with the company strategy, economically sound, and robust by actively questioning proposals rather than rubber-stamping them; you will provide independent analyses to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with hands-on technical experience.
• Ability to assess architecture choices and trade-offs.
• Experience discussing technical decisions with CTOs and senior engineers.

Responsabilités

• Challenge technical choices and roadmaps from R&D and Innovation.
• Question feasibility, ROI, and strategic alignment of projects.
• Produce independent analyses and strategic recommendations.
