A leading software company in Toulouse is seeking a Tech Solution Engineer to design and develop demo environments. Candidates should have at least 2 years in a tech pre-sales role and strong programming skills in vue.js. This full-time position offers a competitive salary between €40,000 and €45,000, along with a dynamic work environment focused on innovation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a SaaS sales environment with experience as a Tech lead developer or pre-sales engineer.
• Comfortable with both written and spoken English communication.
• Able to manage projects independently and maintain communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop demo environments to support pre-sales activities.
• Participate in building demonstration environments with the Sales team.
• Manage RFP process focusing on functional integration and project topics.

The Role Of Tech Solution Engineer

As a Tech Solution Engineer working in the pre-sales team at OneStock, we expect you to:

• Design and develop the demo environment to support the team in demoing scenarios.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Retail, e-Commerce and Order Management solutions, with a deep knowledge of the retail tech environment.
• Participate with Sales & Pre Sales team in building demonstration environment.
• Ability to develop and configure extensions and personalized demos
• Manage RFP process and solution design, especially on functional, integration and project topics (planning and project cost)
• Be present and co-facilitate meetings/workshops/support sessions to present the functional, integration and project topics to the various contacts at the prospects
• Support in building POC with technology partners to demonstrate joined value propositions and end to end demo.
• Support in documentation and tools for partner pre sales and new comers in learning how to demo OneStock

Profile

The profile we’re looking for:

You are passionate person and already have solid experience in retail and/or IT systems integration.

Your Strengths

• Experience as a Tech lead developer or pre-sales engineer in a SaaS sales environment for at least 2 years, or have demonstrated the equivalent skill set over a range of roles.
• You have strong skills in programming languages such as vue.js, and you're not afraid to learn new ones.
• You understand the key principles of software architecture and application development.
• You are capable of independently managing projects from start to finish while maintaining regular communication with stakeholders.
• You are thorough and able to share your knowledge with your team.
• You are comfortable with both written and spoken communication in English.
• Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills to influence all levels of an organization, including executive level.
  
  

Bonus Points If You Have

• Familiarity with major e-commerce CMS platforms (Shopify, Magento, CommerceTools, etc.), ERP and/or WMS
• A solid understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience deploying globally distributed applications on public clouds (ideally GCP).
• Italian or German speaking will be an advantage
  
  

Working Conditions

Regular travel is expected to prospect onsite meetings across Europe and occasionally in the US..

In order to understand our customers' market, this new employee will participate in projects and will work closely with the project, development and support teams of the Onboarding and Support team.
