Context

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Tech Program Lead to join our dynamic O+O team. You will be at the heart of the digital transformation, drive innovative O+O projects, primarily PoCs (Proofs of Concept), from ideation to implementation. You will be at the heart of strategic projects based on advanced technologies.

What Would Be Your Future Missions

Driving end-to-end innovation projects:

• Designing solutions and architectures.
• Understanding business needs and managing project phases in close collaboration with business teams.
  
  

Managing a Multi-project Portfolio

• Exploring various use cases in O+O domains: Content, Retail, B2B, Open innovation…
• Intervening in projects led by different entities (CDMO, DMI, divisions…).
  
  

Leading Project Teams

• Supervising various profiles: tech lead, architect, data scientist, full stack, design, PM, intern.
  
  

Supporting The Acceleration Of Partner Startups

• Conducting technical reviews and providing targeted support.
  
  

Ensuring Governance

• Working in coordination with EA, cybersecurity, legal, Data/AI, and IT teams.
• Managing Design Authority instances.

Technical Skills

• Mastery of tech environments: architecture, cloud, APIs, GenAI, DevOps.
• Proven experience in leading innovation projects (PoC, MVP).
  
  

Soft Skills

• Strong interest in innovation and emerging technologies.
• High autonomy and ability to lead a project from A to Z.
• Leadership, team spirit, and a taste for challenge.
• Rigor and results-oriented approach.
  
  

Background

• Engineering degree or equivalent in computer science.
• Proven experience in similar roles (tech, delivery, innovation).
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary, internal, and external teams.
