Responsibilities:

By joining Breega, you will support our team in managing, improving, and interfacing with existing tools, primarily SaaS solutions, and researching new solutions and automations. You will manage IT needs and develop automations for teams like investment and startup sourcing processes, client and prospect management, etc.

You will work under the responsibility of our CFO, Pauline Chau, and collaborate closely with Benjamin Deplus, Investment Partner and former CTO, and Ben Marrel, CEO, on:

• Customizing and managing SaaS tools with technical support
• Integrating and automating data flows between software (beyond no-code, building APIs and proper automations)
• Researching and implementing new tools
• Managing team access to SaaS tools
• Backend administration of our website
• Maintaining our hardware fleet (MacBooks, Google Meet hardware, etc.)
• Translating business needs into technical solutions

Our main tools include Google Suite, CRM (Affinity), a custom investment screening tool, Airtable, JumpCloud, and internal tools on Notion. You should be comfortable becoming the Tech/IT lead for an international team of 25-35 people.

Fluent in French and English.

Knowledge & Skills:

• SaaS administration, customization, and interfacing
• Experience with Zapier and no-code development
• Google Suite expertise
• Cloud management (e.g., GCP)
• Hardware management
• Security and cybersecurity skills
• Programming in Python and JavaScript, product/project management experience, understanding business needs for technical solutions are a plus
• Knowledge of financial products and start-up ecosystems is a plus

Required qualities include strong communication, leadership, project management, autonomy, curiosity, resourcefulness, and fast learning ability.
