Banyan Software seeks an Analyst to join its lean, high-energy M&A team, focusing on deal origination, diligence, and transaction processes. The Analyst will engage with C-level executives and cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to diverse industries, valuation methods, and deal structures.

This role requires a strong academic record in business or finance, a minimum of two years in M&A, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of M&A experience in PE, IB, advisory, corporate development or software
• Expertise in building financial models and structured analysis
• Advanced written and verbal communication with senior executives
• Flexible hours to grow within a fast-growing software company

Responsabilités

• Source and evaluate acquisitions with the M&A team and executives
• Lead conversations with owners, advisers, and bankers with professionalism
• Prepare financial and non-financial information, valuation, and operational models
• Drive the M&A process, including due diligence, memorandums, and integration planning
• Coordinate diligence with internal and external legal, tech, HR, and tax teams
