Banyan Software is seeking an Analyst to join a lean, high-energy M&A team. This role will involve sourcing acquisitions, conducting diligence, and coordinating with owners, advisors, and internal teams.
You will build and analyze financial models, prepare investment memorandums, and help craft integration strategies, with exposure to senior executives and growth opportunities across multiple industries.
