Qualifications

• 1+ an d'expérience en banque d'investissement ou équivalent.
• Solide formation académique en finance ou stratégie.

Your role

As an M&A analyst at Matin Partners, you will be involved at every stage of the transaction and will :

• Participate in deal execution in cutting-edge sectors like Cybersecurity and AI. You will be involved in the preparation of info memo, teaser and management presentation, financial models and valuation, support due diligence processes.
• Help prepare client pitches and marketing materials. You will also conduct in-depth research on market trends and technologies in Cybersecurity and AI and participate in relevant industry events.
• Have high exposure and responsibility levels by being fully involved in the deal process and working closely with senior internal and external stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, executives, and investors.

Candidate profile

• 1+ year of experience in investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, or VC.
• Proven interest in Tech and entrepreneurship.
• Strong academic background in finance, strategy and economics from a top tier business or engineering school or university.
• Proficient in corporate finance, strategy and accounting.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills in both French and English.
• Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience using AI tools for productivity or analysis is a plus.
