Vous serez responsable de la conception et du développement d'applications, tout en coordonnant les activités en production. RED Global is seeking a Tech Lead and up to four BPM ServiceNow Developers to join a long-term international project within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

? Start Date: As soon as possible

? Location: Fully remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of BPM ServiceNow applications
• Design of portals, workflows, APIs, interfaces, and back-end logic
• Coordination of postproduction activities and UAT support
• Preparation of technical deliverables (specs, reports, communications in both English and French)

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in BPM ServiceNow (various versions)
• Solid experience in technical project coordination
• Ability to manage and support a live production environment
• Full proficiency in English (written and spoken – meetings, reporting, stakeholder communication)
• Proactive, autonomous, and solutions-oriented
• Comfortable leading meetings in French and English
