EasySoftGroup is seeking a Tech Lead / Senior Backend Engineer to join our fintech/AI platform. You will own backend services, design scalable APIs, and drive core platform functionality.

You will work with Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, Redis, and AWS, building high-load systems with reliability and data integrity. Collaboration with product and infra teams is essential.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of commercial backend development experience.
• Strong expertise in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Redis.
• Proven track record of building and supporting high-load production systems.
• Solid understanding of backend architecture, API design, and scalable system design principles.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure setup, configuration, and support in cloud environments.
• Experience contributing to architectural decisions for scalable and reliable backend systems.
