STUDIOCANAL, a % affiliate of CANAL+ Group held by Vivendi, is Europe's leader in production, distribution and international sales of feature films and series, operating in all nine major European markets - France, United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, Spain, and Benelux - as well as in Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. It finances, produces, and distributes 80 films per year. It owns the largest catalogue in Europe and one of the most prestigious in the world, boasting around 9 titles from 60 countries, spanning years of film history. Close to 25 million euros has been invested into the 4K restoration of nearly 1 classic feature film over the past 5 years. In addition, STUDIOCANAL also produces almost 20 series each year and operates at an international level by globally distributing its scripted productions and CANAL+ Originals (2, hours of current and library content in distribution). All productions take place directly through STUDIOCANAL entities or with its award-winning network of 14 production companies in Europe and in the United States.

Your role and missions

• Provide general administrative support to the publicity team, your line manager based in Paris and the wider team based in London.
• Assist in the organization and staffing of publicity events which will include screenings, press junkets, phone interviews, set visits, international festival premieres, talent touring, and market activity.
• Support the team in uploading materials to StudioCloud and announcements to the STUDIOCANAL website.
• Assist in the coordination of production publicity and campaign publicity.
• Support the development and execution of publicity across the slate.
• Assist in the coordination, creation, and delivery of publicity materials which will include images, clips, and press material.
• Assist in selecting the very best press materials for opportune moments such as markets.
• Work across series publicity pre-production through the life cycle of a TV series.
• Help to prepare publicity slides for meetings/seminars.

And the process? A 1st telephone interview with a member of the HR team + 1 interview with the manager and a member of the team, about 2 weeks in all, by video or in person!
