DESCRIPTION DE POSTE

To boost and expand our market share, the dynamic team of TIG is looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to represent the Crestron portfolio in the FRANCE region.

In this role, you will play a critical role in building strong, lasting relationships with our customers by partnering with them, understanding their needs and becoming their trusted partner. You will act as the point of contact for assigned Crestron partners and work collaboratively with the team (Design team, orders team, trainings team, marketing and technical support team).

Your responsibilities include closely monitoring leads, opportunities and activities via Salesforce and improving sales of our products and solutions. Together with your direct colleagues you will penetrate new markets, collaborate with top partners in the AV industry, and manage relationships with larger accounts.

COMPÉTENCES ET QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial (Corporate, Education, Government) or Residential (Residential, Hospitality, Marine), Control and AV industries
  • A commercial and technical mindset with excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills, so you can also attend events, present existing and new product presentations, workshops, POCs and assist in offering defenses
  • Knowledge of Crestron solutions and / or programming skills are a plus
  • Passionate about our products and stay up to date on market trends, the Crestron portfolio and competitor ecosystems, so that we can accurately respond to technical and economic needs and differentiate ourselves from the competition
  • Fluent in French. Fluent in English, mainly for technical and internal exchanges
  • Residing in Paris, working remotely
  • Willing to travel regularly to Northern and Western France, and work effectively within a global team of professionals
  • Enthusiastic about sales challenges and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a creative, responsible, and self-motivated approach to tasks
  • Have a commercial and technical mindset with a passion for our Crestron products, be open-minded, be a real team player and be able to prioritize and manage time effectively
