Accor Tech & Digital in Île-de-France is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to lead a Data Engineers team within the CRM & Customers Tribe. You will own backend data ingestion, transformation, and exposure through the Run hub, while guiding architectural patterns.

Reporting to the Data Engineering Director, you will ensure run stability, support real-time data flows, and drive co-construction of future architectures.

Formación

• Senior Data Engineer with 6-8 years of experience and initial leadership exposure.
• Experience coordinating or managing a team is required.
• Proficient in real-time data architectures and secure data handling.
• Strong command of Python, SQL, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Define and co-build modern architectural patterns at the data platform intersection.
• Lead and mentor a team of senior data engineers; collaborate with Product Owner.
• Oversee data ingestion, transformation, and exposure via backend/hub.
• Contribute to strategic AI initiatives and integrate ML into data pipelines.
• Collaborate with business teams, CRM, and MoEngage.
