Accor Tech & Digital is the innovation and technological transformation lab of the world leader in hospitality. We empower a Data Engineering team to co-lead a Feature Team and deliver the best data products (analytics and AI) while managing costs.

The role blends leadership with hands-on technical guidance across Snowflake, dbt, and modern data platforms. You will mentor data engineers, collaborate with product and data stakeholders, and drive high-quality service for users.

Qualifications

• Five years of significant data experience with prior managerial experience.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with ability to lead a team.
• Fluent in English (working language).
• Experience in Snowflake or modern data platforms (e.g., BigQuery).
• Proven ability to lead data engineering projects and collaborate with data scientists.

Responsabilités

• Manage and coach a team of Data Engineers (internal and external).
• Ensure best DevOps practices and CI/CD implementation.
• Make technical and modeling choices in consultation with Data Leads.
• Integrate data sources via the DataHub solution.
• Industrialize data products (analytics & AI) and optimize performance and costs.
