GP Bullhound's Paris internship in Investment Banking offers a hands-on role focusing on software, digital services, and fintech sectors. You will assist with marketing materials, research, and due diligence while developing strong financial modelling and valuation skills in a high-demand environment.

The ideal candidate is numerically strong, academically excellent, and fluent in English and French, with a clear interest in technology investments and corporate development.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technology investment banking, corporate development, private equity, VC or equity research preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with ability to connect strategy to financials.
• Excellent academic background and a self-motivated team player in a demanding environment.
• Proficiency in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Marketing materials: help prepare pitch books and CIMs to market deals.
• Research: conduct market research and industry analysis to identify targets or buyers.
• Due diligence support: assist with due diligence, including data gathering.
• Financial analysis and modelling: analyze statements, build business plans, update multiples and DCF.
